Guess what I have found for today´s "thrifty find"? I am very excited, considering that this is a "must have" for all momma´s out there. I was strolling along the aisles of my favorite thrift shop, and I saw a plastic bag with some nick knacks that caught my attention.

Hello, My name is Missha and I am a Swaddling Blanket addict.

I found these two very adorable baby outfits in my last Thrifty hunt.

This lovely Juicy Couture string terry jumper in a delightful ruffle style in white. It is very cute and adorable and I am very excited for this find. We live in the coast in San Diego, and this would be the perfect outfit for a day at the beach. What do you think?
I think it originally retailed between $60 - $78, but I only paid $6.00 for it. Yay for that!

The second one is an Ed Hardy hooded jumper. This tone of blue-green is one of my favorite tones of blue or is it green? I was very excited about this find, since I think it can be a very neutral baby outfit for both boys and girls. I love the theme of this outfit.

I think it used to retail somewhere around $30, though I am not sure, but since I only paid $2.00 in this thrifty find, I am very happy with that.

And those are my finds for this Thursday. Have any of you guys gone thrift hunting lately? If so, what fun and cool things have you found? I would love to read about your new treasures.

Hello friends from "The Happy Baby Blog". It´s been a busy week really, but I just had to come and share the Thrifty Thursday find for today. Oh my, have I been lucky with this find. I just found out not long ago that I developed a certain addiction to baby blankets. Most of them are soft, cozy, and very enjoyable.

Hi friends from "The Happy Baby Blog". I know that it is not Thursday to share a "Thrifty Thursday" post, but since I didn´t share these past Thursdays, I thought: "Why not today?" So here I go...

So wondering around I found a pack of 2 baby bodysuits that have a tag that says "Saks Fifth Avenue". I didn´t find any information on these at all to know how much they were worth or how old these are. They were new in their pack, so I know they were never used. They are white so they can be used by either boy or girl. There is no reference I could find online at all, but I was happy that I only spent $3.00. Any onesie that I can buy for less than $1.50 each makes me happy.

I love designer brands. In my hunt for second hand baby clothes, I was lucky to find a nice little baby top of a brand that I love very much. I really didn´t know they had baby clothes from this brand until I found this and I was very excited about it. Now I am just thinking that the little one is going to end up dressing better than me, lol.

Hi friends from "The Happy Baby Blog". I truly hope you guys are having a great day and preparing to have an excellent weekend. Today is Thursday and it means I have a cool find from one of my thrift store´s hunts.

This is my find for this Thursday. I found gauze cloth diapers, which I think are very cool since I can use as swaddles too. Since they are plain white, I thought it would be a great opportunity to experiment with natural dye from food or herbs and do some fun patterns.

The name of the brand of these diapers is: Enfant and these come in packs of 12. Each is usually about $12 dollars, but I got twice as much for less. I got two packs of 12 (24 in total), they were new in their packet, and I only paid 7 dollars that at the end went to charity, therefore happy yay!

Have a lovely day and if you Thrift shop or go to garage sales, happy thrifty hunting!

How the hunt started

As I have mentioned before, I love saving myself money on anything I can. The reality is that with economy now at days, who doesn´t? Though I love garage sales, online auctions, and classifieds, my favorite thing came when I discovered Thrift shops. I have only been in California for almost 5 years, and I discovered a nice thrift shop half a block from my home. Not only did it became very entertaining, but it became a way for me to exercise since I was walking around in circles for many hours. I have always loved dolls and since I took care of most of my childhood dolls, I think they will be decent enough to pass on when I have kids.
